Today I have no internet connection: the modem glows red product status ( https://www.upc.ch/en/myupc/service/product-status/ ) shows “Status unavailable Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I am connecting to the modem (192.168.0.1) and it shows: Internet (No RF signal detected) I have tried rebooting the modem and reattaching the cables.
