Hi,
I’m paying my landlord monthly in “nebenkosten” for the cable connection and UPC sent me a letter to say that no further costs will be incurred since I pay through my landlord. However, they have sent me bills and my account says I’m due to pay them. I have tried to call the helpline several times to settle this but they won’t speak any English and direct me to the webchat, which appears to be non existent? I can’t find it anyway.
Any idea what I should do?
