Distinguish frequency band from 2.4 and 5 GHz // connection drop

Dear Team,

Hope all is well.

Need your help to separate the 2 signals so i can review and connect any one.

right now just see one signal and off late see lot of connection drops.

on the connect box the connection resets many times a day. all 3 green lights flash and then it reconncts after few minutes. It happens intermittently. But for past few days quite frequent.

Ashishmacintosh We have just disconnected your WIFI networks. Please use the WIFI with _2.4GHz at the end for devices which are further away from the modem and the 5GHz without 2.4GHz at the end for devices which are closer to the modem. Test it again afterwards. If there is no improvement, download the Connect app from the mobile app store and run a WIFI scan of your home after installation. If the signal is poor, you can order a Connect pod via the app.

Thanks for quick response.

Briefly i could see _2.4GHz but now it gone again.

also ran multiple test and the max WIFI speed is around 60 MBps.

I am standing next to connect box to test the speed test (CLAN) and also installed UPC app to perform test and optimzation.

It is not heling much. please help take a look again and help fix the issue

Issue is not fixed and _2.4 frequency is not visible anymore.

Still operting on single frequency.

Please help fix again. Connection still drips,
