Can you briefly check what these mean?
- Fast, repetitive double blink: Connect Pod is waiting for network optimization to complete.
- Fast double blinking: Connect Pod is being scanned and named on the network
- Slow, continuous brightness change: Connect Pod is trying to connect to the cloud
- Fast blinking LED light: There is probably a problem with the software. Contact customer support
- Slow blinking LED light: There is likely a problem with the fan. Contact customer service
- Slow pulsing LED light: Connect Pod is too far away, connection to modem is too weak.
Also, please send us a picture of the bottom of your modem and Connect Pod via private message so we can check the pairing.
