Hello, I’ve tried contacting you several times on the phone and it’s really interesting that ALL THE MENUS are in English, which is really nice. All the website is on English, and everything is perfect when it comes to actually paying.
But when I actually call to cancel, you make me wait up to 20 minutes with music and then the guy speaking on the other side tells me he doesn’t speak English and gives me ZERO solutions. So how am I supposed to cancel?
I really hope you have a solution for this or I will have to cancel through other ways and I think it won’t be good for any of the parts.
