I am not able to connect internet since yesterday evening. Intially 2 arrows lights are flickering. I am not german speaker, I can’t talk much on calls too. Today evening I try to Reset the modem , now connect box horizontal bar with green light is flashing not able to connect internet. I am doing work from home , I lost today full day. How can I proceed with next days. So please help me on this issue.
