Hi Daniele, I’ve been trying to find a solution with technical support for a week now. Every day a solution, restart, update, speedtest. No luck… I’m always told “Do XYZ because otherwise we cannot send a technician”. Today I was told that I should use a TCP Optimizer but it turns out there’s only a Windows version (I don’t have a Windows PC). Called the tech department, and they said there is no solution and I should CANCEL THE CONTRACT because they will not send a technical to my house.
You were very helpful so far so maybe yo can help me (and I guess others) understand, how is it better for you to loose a client than send a technician to help???
