Michapolonio7 I just received my gigabox a few days ago but it seems to have an issue with connecting. I‘ve had it plugged in for over an hour and the LED lights up red after about 15 minutes and stays that way. The connect app is not able to connect with the modem. What should I do? Thank you
Piyush Michapolonio7 have you tried connecting without the connect app ? I also experienced issue with the connect app but was able to connect without using this app
