I tried to login to My UPC portal but it did not accept the password. So after trying different passwords, I then resorted to reset my password.
This link was sent by UPC but when I click the link it automatically fills in a new password, but I am unable to see it, so that I can record it safely in my password manager but the password manager does not automatically save or update to this new one.
So when I try to login again it asks for a Catcha word which I attempt to type in but then each time it says it is invalid and when eventually it does say valid and attempt to login it says password is invalid.
I am going around in circles. I cant use my old existing password because it does not work anymore and I cannot see what the new password looks like in order to update my password manager and even the browser does not save the correct password.
Any ideas besides calling up UPC for direct support.
