Hi UPC,
For the past 3 days, my internet connection has been very slow and shaky, making home office difficult.
I tried downloading the “speedtest” but the current connection does not even allow for that download.
I have the Giga internet package.

We have checked the signal values and they are ok. Please run a speed test with the following instructions and report back here with the CNLAB UID.

Hi Daniele,
Thank you for your reply.
I will not have the time to do the full 12hrs yet but this is the initial test (sitting next to the giga box).
The internet was working fine up until 2-3 weeks ago, ever since it is very difficult to work from home with calls being disconnected etc.

HO21 Thank you for the measurement.

Do you have the possibility to do the test (1-3 pieces) with a computer that has a Windows system? Can you also please do a WIFI speed test once with your Mac? Please post the CNLAB UID here afterwards.

The reason for the question is that a component on your system is slowing down the speed test.
