I hacve no internet conection since 3 weeks. Lost already a lot of hours on phone.always some answer “tomorrow someone will contact you”, everyday since 3 weeks? I need the internet conection if UPC can’t provide it can I give the notice outside contract dates?

I am really bored with this situation.
