Hi,

Would you please activate bridge mode on my giga connect box?

I am also having speed issues. I am not reaching to 1gbps. Average around 300-380Mbps with cable directly connected to Giga box. Upload however is steady and between 95-100Mbps as expected.

candemirmehmet We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.
