The technician did arrive the next day, but he was able to sort the issue partially only. The connection has been restored, however, the connectivity feels a lot slower and the overall internet experience is poor.
I do appreciate your help; but unfortunately, the issue is not fully resolved for me.
Considering the difficulties in getting the support with UPC, (especially with the chat support magically disappearing) and incomplete technical resolution, I am wondering may be its time to consider alternate service provider options.
May I request your help once again to raise a cancellation request for the connection as the English support line is just putting me on hold and singing songs all day long.
