Hello,

I have a 50% discount on my Connect Giga subscription until 01/12/2021, and I would like to renew it.

Who can I contact for this? Preferably not by phone.

Hi Daniele,

Thanks for the information.

I don’t like contacting UPC by phone because the English hotline is pointless in most cases, as I have just spoken with a person who greeted me in German and had no other solution than to pass me with the French hotline (language that I barely speak).

After that they’ve passed me with 3 different people, but they finally managed to fulfill my request.
