No Internet connection

Hello
My Internet box is installed as instructed, but there is no connection to the Internet. The light is constantly on red.
I suspect it is an issue with the cabling in the building.
If you agree, can you send a technician to investigate?

Hi Daniele
I restarted my gigabox as instructed and left it on for 1 hour.
After 1 hour I still have no Internet connection. The led on the white gigabox is still red.
Can you suggest a solution?
