Hello,there, when I moved in the new address last night,I can not access the internet.so today I phoned the customer services,they said it maybe a technecial problem and will book a engineer who can speak english for me. unfortunately I missed the call-back phone from the engineer team. secondly I phone the customer service, unlukily the operators can not undertand my english. so would you like to help to sort it out? many thanks,
