Add mobile sim account with wifi account under UPC connect

I have 2 different UPC accounts for wifi and mobile sim.

I see only the wifi one in upc connect portal.

Please move the mobile sim one also under Same account so that I can see details on UPC connect.

We have processed your request and merged both accounts. The current valid customer number ends with 30 at the end.

Inspite of Sim Card account merged with wifi one

I still got bill with old account number for phone(ending with 24)

Also 3 CHF has been charged for paper Bill. I did not have this account visible in upc connect app so could not change billing option to e bill/mail

abhin20 The invoice you mentioned is the final invoice of the old account.

I have now done the following for you:
- On the old account I have credited the paper bill fee of CHF 3.-
- I have sent you the last two invoices (November / December) via private message.
- Please use the data of the payment slip of the November invoice and transfer CHF 8.-
