Last week I went down to Die Post to pick up the SIM Card for a THIRD TIME - and I still don’t have it…
You have not fixed the problem - the data UPC have entered is WRONG!
You have my ID listed as a “B Permit” (which is wrong as I registered my SwissPass with you) and the ID number is from my “SwissPass” (as this is what I told you I was registering).
Until you fix that you have incorrectly got “B Permit” listed as the ID instead of “SwissPass” I will never get the SIM Card - Die Post will always reject my ID / number as they don’t match…
But this is all irrelevant now, you can cancel the SIM Card, we’ve gone to SwissCom instead.
Which, to be honest, we wish we had done with all our products from UPC…
