I work from home. Wifi has been fine for over a year. Today it cut out randomly.
I restarted, reset and even changed the cable (I had a spare new one) and still have no signal. I’ve repeatedly tried to call and contacted the UPC team via social media and had no response.
I need my internet connection to do my job.
Any ideas hugely appreciated as I could about cry with stress. I’m going to be working into the night to make up the hours I’ve missed if I even manage to fix it today.
