Hello, I recently moved from La Chaux de Fonds to Le Locle I reported it in the “Move” section of the upc website.
I already tried and called 3x times now to the support service but the three times i waited 1 hour plus to be answered because sadly, I don’t speak French or Italian.
Saying this my problem consists in Green Blinking Arrows on my router I already made a reset, check the cables, etc… but still the problem persists. The TV is working fine and there is an Wifi Signal but only the Internet isn’t working the rest is good.
If you can help me with this I would appreciate it, im a bit tired from waiting 1 hour on the phone and still not being able to speak with anyone.
