I’ve tried restarting the box multiple times but to no avail.
Sometimes it starts working for a while (single white light) but then the two green arrows start showing on the modem.
I’ve gone through the support website and it says “it appears the connect box is having signal issues” and to phone the support number. 058 388 79 69
I have been on hold for over ONE HOUR and still haven’t managed to speak to a human being.
How can I get this fixed?
