My customer number is 6439545. I am having the same issue as many people on this forum. We have a Connect Box with two Boosters. For several months, my internet has stopped working several times a day from one of the Boosters.
I always need to unplug/restart the booster to get it working again, but it only works for a short while and then I have to do it again. I am working from home so this is very frustrating! I end up having to use my mobile phone hotspot which is very annoying considering I am paying for the Booster.
The Booster Mac address is the one ending in 22:7D.
I have been on the phone waiting to speak to an English customer service for nearly an hour.
Please can you help?
If the issue isn’t resolved we will need to change internet providers very soon.
