Hi,
I recently ordered a Gigabox, but have been unable to install it since it only comes with a coaxial cable connection. Our building is newer and only has fiber optic and ethernet connection. We are not authorised to install a cable-TV socket in our home. Is there any way we can connect our box? Can we switch to another subscription that allows us to connect through fiber optic instead?
