- We have credited the SIM card fees as well as the charged subscription costs.
In about 48 hours you will see the credits in MyUPC. The balance of the last bill is now at CHF 39.-.
A request to you:
As soon as the next invoice has been created and sent to you, I ask you to check the mobile subscription fees and if available, contact me again. I will then credit the remaining period as well.
In addition, we would like to apologize to you for the mobile subscription that was not requested, but was activated.
