can make calls, but not receive them

hi,

i am able to make outgoing calls, but i cannot receive calls - they go straight to voicemail, and then i receive a text message saying i had a missed call. probably i have something wrong in settings ? any ideas ?

Please try to limit your error with these settings:
- At the moment you are using the Swisscom network. Please set the provider to Sunrise UPC in the manual network selection.
- Try to deactivate LTE.
- Try to deactivate WifiCalling.
