Yesterday I renewed my subscription contract (I need my sports pro) over the phone. The lady who made the offer booked me a wrong contract. I never asked for an international call, but she chose it for me. I want mysports pro, she did not include it in my subscription. After receiving the confirmation email, I immediately called back. Another lady answered the phone. She said she would help me correct it. But on myUPC products still has the same error. I tried to contact customer service ten times today. They said to me, “I’m sorry, I don’t speak English”, or “I’m sorry, I don’t have the right to do this.” Even a staff member hunged up the phone. I’m frustrated, What can I do to solve my problem? Why do the customer service staff have such a bad attitude when they hear me speak English?
