what good it makes after it took longer than half a day having no internet. Give me an email to send you my customer data. Do you really want me to publish my customer data in public here? Are you serious ?
Here we go again , we have no internet again for over 6 hours and it is still not resolved ? What kind of a serious company is UPC? we are just out of internet and TV , there is no signal in the cable same as earlier in less than a 10 days ? This is the message you see in the service status. The time has changed for the second time and keep extending the downtime. If you guys do maintenance don’t you have to inform your clients about it? This is totally far from being serious. Do you have a SLA? What is the uptime of your network? for me this is lower than 80% for the last few months. i am only talking about longer down times and not those 100s of downtimes every few days for few minutes.
