I closed my account with UPC a few months ago. I have credit on my account which has not been repaid. A notice reads that it is being kept for my next billing period - but I am no longer a customer. How can I encourage UPC to return my money?

Please send us via private message the following information for refund:
- Name of your bank
- Account number of your bank account
- IBAN number of your account
- Owner of the bank account

We will forward this information to our accounting department so that a refund can be initiated within 3 weeks.
