I have configured the giga box for the 1st time and not able to connect to internet.

In the Connect box status overview it shows “Internet (Registration Failure)”.

The white light is not on continuously, but blinks.

Screenshot below. Any suggestion to resolve it quickly is appreciated as I am working from home and I need to login tomorrow as well.

I have already tried box reset and restarting it multiple times.

Daniele_Sunrise The problem has started again. There is a red light on modem now. I have cancelled my appointment as it started working during the day. During the day also, connection was going on and off. This is really frustrating.

Can I please have a permenent fix for this as I am working from home and cannot afford to have this on and off connection.
