Since 27.09. the new consolidated app “My Sunrise UPC” is available for UPC and Sunrise customers. The existing My UPC app will be deactivated a few weeks after the launch of the new app.
On Sept. 27, the existing “My Sunrise” app will be supplemented with “My UPC” content and merged into the “My Sunrise UPC” app for iOS and Android. Customers with products from UPC and Sunrise can conveniently switch between the two customer portals within the app.
The app can be used to call up the following information, for example:
- Service status
- Cost control (view current costs, set or adjust cost limits)
- Invoices (retrieve and pay)
Push notification of new bills is not yet available. Alternatively, you can be notified by e-mail or SMS. Settings for this are made via the My Sunrise UPC app or via upc.ch/myupc.
Procedure:
Users of the “My UPC” app must download the “My Sunrise UPC” app. The previous “My UPC” app can then be deleted. The “My UPC” app will be deactivated a few weeks after the launch of the new app. The login is done with an existing My UPC account.
Users of the “My Sunrise” app will receive an update to the “My Sunrise UPC” app. In the new “My Sunrise UPC” app, you can log in with the same login as before. The login is done with existing My Sunrise account.
