UPC seems to have issues to provide me with a reliable connection.
I subscribed in April 2021 for 24 months and would like to cancel the subscription on the basis of not receiving the service contracted.
Of course I don’t want to pay any cancellation fees. I read the GTC but cannot find any more details about SLO/SLA to understand what’s the level of service and problem solving I should receive.
Can you point me to any documents where this is stated?
Ans how should I go about terminating the contract without fees?
