Hello

I ordered a phone over UPC on Monday the 20.09.2021 and it has not arrived yet. Now I start wondering if this is normal or if something went wrong.

In the confirmation mail I only got the order number and as estimated tome of arrival “as fast as possible”. On myUPC I can not find anything about the order either.

Is it normal that an order takes 2+ weeks or should start investigating? Or is there way to get a more specific ETA?

Daniele_Sunrise Okay I found a substitute phone for the next weeks. It would be great if you could pass on to your IT department that they show if the phone is not available right now. “As fast as possible” is not an acceptable information for this scenario. And after scrolling through some posts here I am not the only one with this problem. I dont want to complain too much here because you seem to be the only competent person I have communicated so far in this mess of a company.
