SIM blocked after updating the Android

I just updated my Android system and now I can’t use my phone because it’s asking me for the PIN to the SIM card. Only problem is that I don’t have the card where the SIM came anymore. How can I fix this?

You can enter the PIN code incorrectly several times, then you will be asked for a PUK code. This you can read out in MyUPC.

Log in to MyUPC for this.
Then click on Show PUK Code.
Now use the PUK code to define a new PIN code.

I also see that you have meanwhile received the PUK code through the hotline.
