Hi guys,

Since the merger with Sunrise your details in e-banking (UBS) do not match the ones on the invoice - new entity name and address do not exist. As a result I cannot arrange e-billing and have to pay the 3fr paper bill fee. Is there any way you can resolve this for me? Thanks

Anoobees506 Please use for the registration of E-Bill No. 1 for bills of the cable connection or No. 2 for the bill of the digital products (Internet, Phone, TV, Mobile).

The paper bill fee of CHF 9.- has just been credited to your account. The credit will be visible in MyUPC in approx. 48 hours.

Hallo,

I have added both Invoice issuers to receive the E-bill but the E-bill are not available. I have an outstanding
UPC Digital Products bill due on 1.10.2021 - A/C number is 5014659.

wrooom E-Bill is active in the system since 22.09.2021. In order to settle your outstanding bill, since it is not pushed to your bank’s E-Bill portal as it is already issued, we recommend you to login to MyUPC and download the bill there, enter it manually via e-banking and make the payment.
