No English channels on upc tv box

All channels are working apart from the English channels. Rebooted the box, done a hard reset of the tv box, changed HD cables, reset Tv, updated TV firmware but English channels do not appear only the tv listings menu appear but no visual or sound. Yes I have the English package as part of my subscription. Any ideas?
