Instillation: White flashing light then red light

I received the Giga Connect box a few days ago. When I turn it on the light is flashing white. Then after a few minutes, the light turns solid red. I have tried starting the modem and using different sockets which produced the same result.

Hello, I received the Giga connect box today and I am facing the same problem during installation.
after looking at the socket online I think it can be a wrong socket, not good for internet connection. The socket productor and model is: Triax GAD 269. A photo is attached.

We have no other coaxial sockets in the apartment. We have another kind of socket, a photo of it is also attached.

On top of that we also have the fiber outlet.

Is the socket we have good enough or do we need something else?

The connection / KJabel junction box in picture 1 is correct. Can you please plug a TV directly into the cable outlet and then start a channel scan? If the channel is found, the socket is OK.

Also note that you have to connect your modem with the marked hole and the appropriate cable.

Thank you for your quick answer,

Unfortunately, we do not have a cable to plug the TV in, so we can not try that.

Regarding the marked hole, none of the cable that come with the router fit in the socket.
Do we need a different cable?
