Well a Saturday isn’t perfect really, as who is at home on a Saturday?
Especially as that’s the day I take the keys for my new house, so if you’d left the deliver any later you could have just delivered to the new address.
Why is it taking 8 days for you to re-deliver a package? I would have thought you would have prioritised it considering…
Sorry if this all sounds a bit grumpy, but on both of the phone calls we made to your support we stressed that they should post out to the old address (which I am sure that most people who are moving house request, that just sounds logical…)
and they said “yes, no problem, we have that marked for the deliver address”
and then I sat here waiting for the delivery all morning
and only got told by “die Post” that they had tried to deliver to the wrong address after the fact…
