The device I’m using all day is in fact connected via LAN cable from the modem. I don’t know what else to do.
I noted 7 times today when the disconnect occurred. Several times it happened while I was on video call with colleagues, and when they asked what is the issue, I mentioned I’m logging the times to report back to UPC. They said they’ve heard that UPC is known for connection issues. I would like to prove them wrong about that, if possible.
