I just got a new sim card, tried to make a call and its asking for an activation code, which i have not received in any “welcome pack” or email. please email an activation code to DELETED

The activation code is not required. You will only be prompted if the SIM card has not yet been activated and is already in use. In the meantime your SIM card has been activated.
