Hi everyone. I was a Swisscom One customer. I have two mobile numbers in my package: one on my name and one on my wife’s. I was very unhappy with the Swisscom internet in Thalwil, hence moved my subscription from Swisscom to UPC.
One of the two numbers is kept same while the other number changed.
Seems like if I call UPC customer service, there is no English version.
Any advice?
