I contacted UPC on 12th August to cancel all of my products. I received a cancelation letter for TV and Internet, but have received nothing for my mobile phone.
I contacted UPC again today to check if the mobile phone was cancelled and have noticed that I was given a date of 31.10.2021 and not 30.09.2021 as I was previously told. (31.10 is the date my tv and internet will be cancelled but I was told mobile was only 1 month notice).
Is there somewhere in my account that I can check this instead of waiting for an hour in web chat again. I just want a definite confirmation that my mobile is cancelled and my German is not so good I can call.
