Change of Payment Method not working

I wanted to change my payment method to ebill but apparently your system did not accept my request. I received another mailed bill and was charged an extra 3 CHF again. Can you please help me to fix that?

We have just credited your account with CHF 6 for two paper billing fees. The credit will be visible in MyUPC in about 48 hours.

The invoice will be sent via e-mail in the future. E-Bill is still not active. What exactly is wrong with the E-Bill registration? What is the error message?

Thanks Daniele,

There is no error message. I tried to make the change multiple times but the mail billing remains highlighted as as chosen solution. Can you confirm that in future I won’t receive mailed invoices any more?

Anka I confirm that future invoices will be sent by e-mail.

Please note that E-Bill must be activated in your e-banking. We will receive a message from your bank and activate it then.
