Pay bill via ebill

I have started e bill payment. but now I am still getting paper bill with extra cost of 3 CHF? I have also some invoices received via ebill. how to correct? could not reach anyone via helpline phone 0800 66 88 66

A credit of CHF 3.- for the paper billing fees has just been credited to your account. The credit will be visible in MyUPC in about 48 hours.
The dispatch of the invoice has been changed to e-mail with immediate effect.
The payment method has already been changed to LSV/DebitDirect in the system. You have received a confirmation SMS for this on 14.08.2021

wrooom PayNet was deactivated in the system on 27.08.2021. Your bank can tell you the exact reason for the deactivation. On 17.09.2021 PayNet was reactivated and the invoice will also be sent via e-mail.

The fees of CHF 3.- have just been credited to your account. The credit will be visible in MyUPC in about 48 hours.
