We have checked your line and it is ok.
To optimize your WIFI we have done the following:
- Your line has been changed to IPv4. The changeover is completed in 30 minutes. After that, restart your modem. If you have difficulties, perform a modem reset. Press the reset button on the back of the modem gently with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.
- We have renamed your 5GHz WIFI and added a _5GHz at the end. Please connect all devices that are further away from the modem to this WIFI.
- Connect all devices which are further away from the modem to the WIFI without _5GHz at the end.
Please test it again afterwards.
