Due to some confusion when I first set up my Cablecom account (faults with myself and then when resolved with yourseleves not realising it had been resolved) I have ended up with two seperate subscriptions. I did recieve an extra box, but this was put out of the way and forgotten about since the issue had originally been sorted (or so I thought).
Coming to sort out invoices today I finally realised that I had two sets of invoices. One online through MyUPC, and one paper based. I have never used the second subscription (I have the box, still wrapped as delivered), what is the easiest way to go about getting this invoice canceled (and I guess getting the box back to you)?
