Dear team,

My Customer account number (in the UPC bill): DELETED, I am not able to connect to the internet since last Thursday evening. The phenomenon is that the Wi-Fi green light and the 2 arrow green lights are flickering. So please help me with this issue.

We confirm that your modem is offline. About 1 year ago we already had a technician on site. Do you have the possibility to check if the house amplifier, mostly in the basement, still has power? Do you have a TV that you can connect to the cable socket for a channel scan?

That’s a job for the @Sunrise_Team or the support-line under 0800 66 88 66. They can look up your house/street for signal problems. Probably a technician has to come over an have a look at the socket.
