I got a new UPC internet connection a few weeks back. I bought the connection via phone from the UPC Sales team. I was informed that I will not be charged any activation fee (This was apparently an offer that was going on).
However, when I received my first bill this month, I found out that the activation fee has been billed to me. I tried calling the customer support but I cant get through as English is not available as an option. I tried mailing and calling the sales team again but I dont get any satisfactory response.
I would be grateful if anyone has any leads on how I can get the activation fee waived from my bill? (My customer number: [xxxx, durch @tipptopp entfernt] )
