Some sites unreachable

Today landi.ch and livique.ch are not reachable when using UPC Cable internet.
I am able to reach them over mobile data (not on the UPC network).

I have tested with DNS to 1.1.1.1 and still have the same issue with the sites unreachable.

Is it just me?
Any advice (not about my shopping habits 😉 )?

rw21 Welcome to the community!

We are not aware of any error concerning these two homepages. I was just able to open them via my modem. The only difference between my modem and yours is that you surf on IPv6 and I surf on IPv4.

Maybe someone in the community has an IPv6 modem active and can test these two pages?

Thanks. Can I test switching from IP6 to IP4 with this modem? I checked and cannot see the option.
I have tested with a VPN and can successfully reach the sites with it active. Sites immediately become unreachable again when VPN disconnected.
Have tried Firefox. Have cleared browser cache.

rw21 We have made the changeover to IPv4, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Then please try again.

Hi Daniele_Sunrise, that worked. I can now access the sites. Also, anecdotally, responsiveness of sites has improved noticeably.

It seems that there are issues with the UPC IPv6 setup.
