Ping Spikes, Packet losses still fast but unstable voip and remote connection

Hi, since yesterday or day before I am having huge packet losses and very high ping spikes up to 2 seconds. I had no problem until this week. I am using google as my dns server and have an asus ac88u router connected to upc giga box. it was working fine till this week. It is now almost impossible to speak or follow discussions over VOIP and work remotely via citrix due to packet loss and ping spikes. would you please have a look? I am It professional and I performed all :
-reboot all devices upc box, router, laptop
-try another dns

tests using https://packetlosstest.com/ and https://www.meter.net/ping-test/ both have shown ping spikes up to 2 seconds and packet loss between %4 and 11%, router integrated tests shows 10% packet loss.

candemirmehmet We have checked the signal values and they are ok. Since you are using your modem in bridge mode, we cannot make any further measurements.

I also tried the same tests on my phone which is connected to home wifi. Results are the same.

Resetted upc box, put it in router mode and connected using cable results are still same
