Hello,
I’m totally new to UPC in CH and I made my contract through mobilezone.
On the contract the Kundennummer is empty and I can’t create an online UPC account to check the status.
I did everything good to connect the gigabox but there is no internet and when I run Network check it shows error on “Checking broadband service”.
I did reset the router many times, reconnect and so on. What options do I have?
